WIZprobe is an advanced non-contact optical laser scanning sensor, which combines vision and laser technologies with patented optics and image processing, for fast, accurate and highly reliable scanning and geometric measurements. It can be easily integrated onto the CMM system and is also available as a stand-alone product with customized software packages for in-line process control.
WIZprobe measurement accuracy is guaranteed over a very wide range of material types, colors, surface finish and laser beam angles due to advanced calibration algorithm and real time adaptive control. The WIZprobe is small in size, has a standard CMM Renishaw PH10M interface, and can be used as an alternative to conventional mechanical touch and scanning probes.
